  Directions: Fill out a sheet with all the players you want on your team. Whoever scores the most points all the way through the playoffs wins. Winner takes all the money. Remember the scoring: 6 pts per TD, 3 pts per FG, 2 pts per safety, 1 pt per extra pt, 2 pts if run or passed in, 3 pts per head coach win, - 10 pts for a head coach loss, anything over 50 yds is double points (FG's 45 yds). Defenses score for TD's and for sacks and interceptions. Also, if your Head Coach (Team) gets eliminated (loses) then your team loses 10 points.

Before Week 20 (Conference Championship Week) each entry will be allowed to add two flex players or transactions (no head coach) at any position. Those points will be to the total points scored from week 20 on. For the Super Bowl everybody gets to pick the winner of the of the Game and who will be the MVP. If you get it you can add 15 points. As a bonus if you are the closest to the score you get another 15 pts so you can get up to a maximum of 45 pts added on.
