(NAFL HQ) The NAFL Summer Meetings are set to begin on June 15th, 2010 as a new era in NAFL will begin for the 12 teams in the NAFL. Voting will end on July 1st, 2010. On the slate for owners to decide on will be rules on scoring, roster sizes and prize money. Also, NAFL Owners will select NAFL Hall of Famer’s based upon the first 20 years of NAFL competition.
The NAFL League office has released the 20 year all-time players and teams some suspected players on the list could be Brett Favre, Steve Young, Emmitt Smith, Randy Moss and Terrell Owens. We will soon see who is the best!
The 2010 NAFL Annual League Draft will be held on Saturday, August 28th, 2010. Owners in the West Coast are scheduled to go to Reno, Nevada again that weekend for a fun filled draft weekend. While East Coast owners will be either at the Heroes HQ or will draft via the Internet. More details will soon follow..
New changes already – The NAFL has announced that the Any Given Sunday has left the league and will no longer play. The NAFL is looking for a replacement owner for the team to make it to 12 teams. The NAFL also announced that two expansion franchises are available to bring the league to it’s authorized level of 14 teams.
