(NAFL HQ) UPDATE… The new Website has several new enhancements which appear to be good for the league and for you! Here is the list of additions and enhancements we will get. Please be patient with myself and Keith while we digest the changes and we will let you know in the near future how this will affect the NAFL.

On June 22nd, 2010. owner James Serra of WebCommissioner has announced a partnership with RealTime Fantasy Sports. Starting with the 2010 football season, they will power all of the Fantasy Commissioner Web leagues to include the NAFL site. If you log into WebCommissioner you will see a change in the interface. If your interested in what James had to say about the site and why it is changing I have posted the partnership letter. In the meantime, business will move foward.

Meanwhile the NAFL Summer Meetings  are undeway as a new era in NAFL has begun for the 12 teams in the NAFL. Voting will end on July 1st, 2010. On the slate for owners to decide on will be rules on scoring, roster sizes and prize money. Also, NAFL Owners will select NAFL Hall of Famer’s based upon the first 20 years of NAFL competition.

The NAFL League office has released the 20 year all-time players and teams some suspected players on the list could be Brett Favre, Steve Young, Emmitt Smith, Randy Moss and Terrell Owens. We will soon see who is the best!

The 2010 NAFL Annual League Draft will be held on Saturday, August 28th, 2010. Owners in the West Coast are scheduled to go to Reno, Nevada again that weekend for a fun filled draft weekend. While East Coast owners will be either at the Heroes HQ or will draft via the Internet.  More details will soon follow..

New changes already – The NAFL has announced that the Any Given Sunday has left the league and will no longer play. The NAFL is looking for a replacement owner for the team to make it to 12 teams. The NAFL also announced that two expansion franchises are available to bring the league to it’s authorized level of 14 teams.
