WELCOME BACK!!
To beautiful Vacaville, California or “Cowtown”, for the 22nd Season of the NAFL!
As we continue with our 22nd year change is in the air as we add owners and we get changes with the NAFL Website. Again we will be voting on-line by using the on-line voting form. There are not alot of issues on the ballot this year we just have two dealing with scoring and adding additional teams to the playoffs. We currently have 14 teams in the league so adding teams to the playoffs might make sense. All owners were given an opportunity to send in proposals and they have been approved by the Commissioner.
Below is a transcript of the 2011 Summer Meeting.
I. INTRODUCTION
This meeting is being conducted to improve things in the NAFL for next years season. All owners will be notified of the events in this meeting and will be given a chance to vote on all changes. The hope is that all owners will participate in this meeting so that this can be a successful league and meeting. All owners will receive the results, next years schedule and any important dates on the NAFL Web site.
Remember that the Voting deadline is JULY 17th, 2010.

II. OLD/NEW BUSINESS
The results from last year were posted on the NAFL Website. Last year was a very successful year as we celebrated our 20th Anniversary season. We started the year in Reno for a 2nd straight year and ended with the Hoggins Heroes winning another NAFL Championship and being the #1 Team in NAFL History!
To remind everyone what was voted on last year here were the results from the 2009 vote and and the 2010 vote. There are only four proposals on this years ballot.
The NAFL did experience issues last year with tie breakers and with scoring changes. Both issues and resolution is on the ballot.
Also, league officers are looking at a new league management website to replace RTS Sports. Another vote maybe necessary depending on the outcome of what league officers decide.
With the discussion over, let the voting begin.....
III. VOTING PROPOSALS - July 2nd, 2011
Part 1 - Here are the Proposals for the 2011 Vote:
All committees and league owners have reported to the commissioner with their recommendations and have submitted proposals for voting. Every owner gets one vote and any ties will be determined by a vote of the officers.
